Omschrijving

In our metallurgical zinc recycling plant we are operating in a 24/5 operation with 3 shifts. As an intern you will be added to a shift of 2 or 3 experienced (lead) operators. During the shifts you will work together with the operators in place to execute all working procedures in the plant: follow up working procedures, change bigbags to bigbag unloading stations, walk inspection rounds , empty filter presses,, check strainers and other filters, sampling during operation, small maintenance activities and learn the principles of the process. You will also learn the working principle of the automation (human machine interface), and to control the critical parameters of the chemical process (P, T, pH, product quality from laboratory analysis).
